Confidentiality.

Your business ideas stay yours.

Your business ideas stay yours.

Decent Ops often works with early-stage ideas, private notes, service plans, pricing, customer paths, files, and unfinished business materials. We treat that information as confidential and use it only to evaluate, recommend, quote, or perform Decent Ops work.

Decent Ops does not sell, publish, or use your private business materials as public examples without permission.

Decent Ops keeps the workshop.

Decent Ops uses reusable tools, patterns, systems, templates, methods, and business-building experience across projects. That means your private business stays yours, while Decent Ops keeps the workshop that helps build it.

Confidentiality does not create industry exclusivity or prevent Decent Ops from working with other businesses, including businesses in similar industries.

NDA available when needed.

For deeper sensitive discussions, Decent Ops can use a mutual confidentiality agreement before more detailed materials are shared.

Keep forms simple.

Please do not submit passwords, payment card information, Social Security numbers, medical records, banking credentials, private legal records, trade secrets, sensitive customer lists, or highly sensitive materials through standard forms unless Decent Ops has specifically requested them through an appropriate process.
